With a strong nationwide presence, they serve both professional tradespeople and DIY customers, providing top-tier products and expert service. They are now seeking a Branch Manager to be based in Galway.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the branch, setting clear targets and ensuring they are consistently met.
Oversee the development and maintenance of customer relationships, while seeking opportunities to grow the customer base.
Allocate resources and manage staff to meet changing business demands.
Identify new business opportunities for growth and development.
Foster strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in team management and leadership.
Strong sales background, ideally in the building materials industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
