Role Overview
Our client is seeking a hands-on HR Advisor to manage day-to-day HR operations at our Kilmallock site. You will act as the first point of contact for employee queries, guide managers on policy, and support the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.
- Recruitment: Coordinate hiring processes, from posting jobs to conducting interviews.
- Onboarding: Manage contracts, pre-employment checks, and staff inductions.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Irish employment law.
- Absence Management: Track attendance, monitor sick leave, and conduct return-to-work interviews.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a dedicated HR role.
- Qualifications: Degree in HR, Business, or CIPD qualification preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
- Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Location: Ability to commute to the Kilmallock site 5 days a week.
