Elite Talent Hub LTD is a specialist in permanent staffing solutions for clients globally.

Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Support professional to join their Bluebell branch. This position is central to delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring day-to-day activities are managed effectively in line with company procedures. The role involves working closely with the external sales team and contributing directly to the company’s ongoing growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and follow through via in-person visits, phone calls, and email.
  • Keep precise records of sales activities, client communications, and related information.
  • Communicate with suppliers to coordinate product sourcing and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with External Sales Representatives to ensure customer quotations and orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, with a focus on long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strengthen and manage relationships with suppliers.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with an accounting or ERP system is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • Proven capability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
