Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Support professional to join their Bluebell branch. This position is central to delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring day-to-day activities are managed effectively in line with company procedures. The role involves working closely with the external sales team and contributing directly to the company’s ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and follow through via in-person visits, phone calls, and email.
- Keep precise records of sales activities, client communications, and related information.
- Communicate with suppliers to coordinate product sourcing and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with External Sales Representatives to ensure customer quotations and orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, with a focus on long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strengthen and manage relationships with suppliers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with an accounting or ERP system is advantageous.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Proven capability to meet deadlines.
- Highly self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
