Local Division Manager, Motion Services Al Khobar

Your responsibilities

  • Abides with Safety and Integrity Guidelines with zero tolerance.
  • Proper service market sizing and channels to market definition in Saudi Arabia and allocated markets, if any.
  • Interpret the service strategy of the division and translates the expectations of division and business area into activities driven by the service teams to deliver growth ambition.
  • Drive overall service business performance locally with focus on profitable, timely & best in class execution in the country and allocated markets.
  • Follow Service Division strategy - manage all strategic and operational aspects of the business, including full profit and loss responsibility for local service division in collaboration with local Motion Manager as well as all stakeholders in MO organization.
  • Lead the service execution plans and operational activities in the local front to ensure best in class customer service.
  • Builds sustainable customer relationships to ensure expanding our MO customers network, superior customer experience, customer satisfaction, retaining and growing existing customers together with Sales. Supports Sales resources in customer meetings. Leads consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Support implementation by LSU in full alignment with Local Motion Manager, productize Service offering and invests in Service Sales to increase market share and expand market penetration.
  • Support the optimum Go-To-Market strategy in full alignment and collaboration with Local Motion Manager to ensure MO is well positioned in the local markets to win and operate efficiently.
  • Formulates local service strategy and drives service growth locally in allocated markets. Leads the Service organization and is responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets. Ensures optimized utilization of service resources up to standards to ensure high-performing service organization.
  • Lead the implementation of the Service strategy as a member of the local management team in MO Business Area in a very collaborative manner and in alignment with Local Motion Manager.
  • Ensures improvement and growth plans are implemented consistently in the Service organization through collaboration with all stakeholders in MO and in full alignment with Local Motion Manager as well as Global Service Organization.
  • Develop priorities map to localize the global strategy in coordination with Local Motion Manager to ensure business continuity and growth.
  • Spearhead market intelligence activities to uniquely position MO as the partner of choice for service so we gain additional market share and got differentiated against competition.
  • Support Sales resources in customer meetings. Support Front End in sales activities with engagement of service engineers in lead generation.
  • Coordination of factory (targets, metrics, etc), basic KPIs tracking & follow up.
  • Organization of local team / functions & Coordination with global structures.
  • Organization of supporting facilities (workshops, tools, etc).
  • Leads, implements, reports, and monitors performance targets as part of the local P&L responsibility for MOSE in full coordination with Local Motion Manager (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
  • Runs the day-to-day Service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of Service productivity. Implements agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Is responsible for health and safety of the local service division team. Enforces a Service safety and integrity culture throughout the Service organization.

Your background

  • Ideally, you'll hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Electronic)
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience preferable in service with at least 3 years in leadership positions.
  • Work experience in complex applications across industry verticals.
  • Fluency in both spoken & written English. Arabic Language is a plus.

Knowledge/Skills and experience are:

  • Strong Service Background, preferably in Motion coupled with good knowledge about main industries in Saudi Arabia Market.
  • Solid commercial and financial experience.
  • Strategic Leadership Skills.

  • Successful track record in leadership positions.
