We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our client for a high-quality residential development in Loughrea, Co. Galway. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of residential projects and an excellent reputation for quality delivery.
Our client delivers premium residential schemes and is seeking a driven, detail-focused Project Manager to take full ownership of this flagship development from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of the residential project from pre-construction through to final handover

Oversee all contractual aspects, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and quality standards

Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
-
Manage site resources including labour, materials, and plant efficiently

Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and building regulations

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management

Drive best practice across the site, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery
Key Requirements

Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction, with strong residential project experience

Proven background in contract and site management

Excellent leadership and people management skills

Strong commercial and cost control awareness

Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability

In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S standards

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
