Paul brings a wealth of knowledge from his 25 years of working within engineering and healthcare sectors across Europe. As a Senior Physiotherapist with Enable Ireland, he has frontline experience in healthcare provision and management. Working as a Project Engineer with Rolls Royce UK and Germany, Paul has extensive experience in the manufacture and design of gas turbine engines within the aerospace industry.
A native Limerickman Paul is passionate about sports. He is both a coach and an active member of Ballybrown GAA and Breska Rovers AFC. Paul is a member of the Coonagh Flying Club and is currently training for his private flying license.
He is a strategic and passionate leader with first-hand experience in the day-to-day needs and pressures of a busy healthcare environment. Prior to launching Elite Talent Hub with Sean Savicic, Paul was the company founder and director of Progress Physiotherapy Ltd which provides clinic based private physiotherapy services for the people of south Limerick and specialised neuro rehab services for companies across the Mid-West.
In addition to running Elite Talent Hub, Paul handles talent acquisition projects across all healthcare and engineering industries and is involved in developing recruitment strategies for our clients.
