He has 14 years of work experience in Ireland in various industries, including hospitality, sales & retail, construction and building materials, property, and human resources. Sean has worked his way steadily up the corporate ladder and has over 10 years of expertise in people management and recruitment.
Sean has interests in various sports including basketball, MMA, and bodybuilding. Since relocating to Ireland, he has taken a strong interest in GAA and is an avid Limerick hurling supporter.
Sean began his career in recruitment at Chadwicks Group as a Talent and Employer Brand Specialist, where he conducted nationwide recruitment for the entire business. He was a finalist for the HR Rising Star Award at the HR Leadership and Management Awards 2022 and has vast experience recruiting across a wide range of industries throughout the Chadwicks Group. After 2 years with the business, Sean moved on from the company and built a brand-new Staffline Ireland recruitment office in the heart of Limerick city. In just a few months, he laid the groundwork, assembled a team from scratch, and placed a significant amount of candidates in various roles across Ireland with success. He exceeded goals and targets for newly opened branches in ROI, which was a factor in Sean's choice to launch Elite Talent Hub as a new agency.
