Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for executing a range of maintenance activities on regional aircraft models, including E-Jets, Q400, and ATR 42/72 series. This role supports operational targets by ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required safety and quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on specified aircraft types in line with applicable aviation standards.
  • Follow direction from the Maintenance Lead to complete assignments promptly and in accordance with service timelines.
  • Maintain the highest levels of safety and workmanship throughout all tasks performed.
  • Accurately record all maintenance actions using company-approved digital and manual systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance work as it progresses.
  • Correctly handle and monitor all tools, components, and materials used during maintenance.
  • Keep the immediate workspace tidy and in compliance with company cleanliness standards.
  • Comply with internal procedures, regulatory frameworks, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Follow applicable regulations related to operational environments and facility use.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Valid EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 License with appropriate type ratings.
  • At least five yearshands-on experience maintaining one or more of the following aircraft: Embraer, Q400, ATR.
  • Familiarity with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) digital platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of interpreting technical documentation and maintenance instructions accurately.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and effective decision-making in a technical setting.
  • Commercially aware with a practical understanding of cost-effective maintenance practices.
  • Works well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Must pass a full five-year employment history and background verification.
  • Eligible to work without limitations in Ireland/UK.
