Elite Talent Hub LTD Recruitment is a specialist in permanent staffing solutions for clients nationwide.

Our client is an Irish owned company and is Irelands largest manufacturer of chemicals used to produce safe drinking water for Irish homes and businesses and protecting the environment with wastewater treatment, based in Shannon, Co. Clare, our clients are now seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

 

The Role:

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the Customer Services Administrator is accountable to follow company procedures for the accurate administration of all transport activities.

  • Upload Delivery Details to 3rd party Distributer Network within deadlines required.
  • Liaise with Distributer, investigate and follow up on all queries.
  • Assign Daily Bulk Deliveries to our client and 3rd Party Distributers within Deadlines.
  • Distribute Manifests within Deadlines outlined.
  • Liaise with Distributers, amend and update deliveries as required.
  • Print required paperwork.
  • Process sales orders by phone and email.
  • Enter Customer Orders on company systems.
  • Revert to customers with anticipated delivery dates and times according to agreed lead-times.
  • Highlight any changes to orders to production or any unusual requirements.
  • Update company systems with new customer accounts, delivery addresses, products etc.
  • Liaise with technical representatives to ensure customer site readiness prior to deliveries.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a logistics/freight company an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic customer orientated environment.
  • Proven Customer Services Skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with both current and interdepartmental team members.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including ERP systems, Microsoft Office package etc.
