Our client, a leading company in the property sector nationwide now have a requirement for a talented, energetic and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team based in their Limerick office.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker and someone who can work on their own initiative. You will have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing and be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy and implement it effectively reaching the target audience while helping to grow the business further. You will also be involved in assisting senior management with different exciting projects across their property divisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating & managing the digital marketing strategy.
  • Management of company website and all social media platforms and ensuring content is up to date and relevant.
  • Developing & managing content of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Management of various projects including new and second-hand homes etc.
  • Staying up to date on current marketing trends.
  • Content creation using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Filmore (videography, blogs, photos, graphics).
  • Working with designers and stakeholders on design and proofing of relevant content.
  • Working alongside the various internal teams to identify target audiences to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Creation and management of the content schedule.
  • Events management & attending relevant industry events to promote the business.
  • Managing the company CRM to prepare property brochures etc.
  • Modernising of company brochures and marketing material.
  • Taking property videos.
  • New Homes projects.
  • Providing monthly and quarterly reports on all digital marketing activity including ROI.
  • Regular competitor monitoring & analysis, using insights gained to improve performance.
  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budget correctly.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.


To be considered for this role, you will have the following:

  • Diploma or Degree qualified in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a Digital Marketing role.
  • Experience within the property, real estate or property development industry (highly regarded).
  • Good knowledge across the various social media platforms.
  • Tech savvy and good proficiency across the MS Office suite.
  • A flair for design and photography would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with and communicate with a wide variety of both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative.
