Position: Document Controller / Administrator

Location: Eemshaven Netherlands

 

Job Description

As a project document controller / administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our clients project development and delivery process. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Construction and Support Functions to help deliver projects to global Clients. This role will be site based in GRQ Campus, Eemshaven Netherlands.

 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Data entry and maintenance of internal databases.
  • Weekly payroll management including subcontractors.
  • Invoice management and liaising with accounts.
  • Site material requestioning and purchasing.
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Management of internal databases including full reporting capabilities, data manipulation and analysis.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Issuing documentation and management of same.
  • Organising training courses internally and externally.
  • Providing telephone support, record and distributing messages.
  • Liaising with various departments and construction teams on a daily basis
  • General administration including filing, typing letters etc.

 

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years in a similar position desirable.
  • Excellent IT skills essential (Microsoft Word / G Sheets / Excel / PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous.
  • Training for in-house systems will be provided to the successful candidate.
