Salary Range: 4000SAR – 7000 SAR depending on experience
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Housing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of staff accommodation facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all housing facilities meet the required standards of hygiene, safety, and comfort, while also maintaining a supportive environment for hospital employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all activities related to employee accommodation including check-in/check-out, maintenance, and facility inspections.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of housing units.
- Maintain up-to-date housing records and occupancy logs.
- Enforce housing policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Address and resolve resident concerns or disputes promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with procurement and facility departments for housing supplies and service needs.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained across all accommodations.
- Prepare regular reports on housing conditions and occupancy status.
- Support emergency planning and response within accommodation facilities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in facility management, accommodation supervision, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Working knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to residential housing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
- Bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Preferred:
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare-related environment.
- Knowledge of Saudi housing regulations and standards.
