They offer an extensive range of products designed for builders, DIY enthusiasts, and homeowners, and they are now seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive business development across the Midlands. This position focuses on expanding market reach and strengthening client relationships in the Longford area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business by identifying and engaging potential customers within the construction and building trades.
- Grow existing accounts through strong relationship management and a solution-focused sales approach.
- Build market intelligence by staying informed on competitor activity, industry shifts, and customer needs.
- Represent the company at client sites, trade events, and meetings across the territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, procurement) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Promote full product range to ensure tailored solutions for customers across residential, commercial, and trade sectors.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction, building materials, or related trade sectors.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A self-starter attitude with a strategic mindset and hands-on drive.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
