Location: Kerry or Cork
Salary: €55,000 - €70,000, due to a competitive commission based benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service, repair, and safety inspections of gas heating systems and installations.
- Conduct reactive maintenance for domestic, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Execute responsive repairs, fault diagnostics, and planned maintenance services.
- Maintain and service boilers in both residential and commercial settings.
- Ensure all gas installations comply with safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair gas appliance and system issues on the first visit.
- Coordinate onsite customer requirements efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain continuous communication with customers and office staff.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure safety, functionality, and code compliance.
- Adhere to company standards for building and maintenance.
- Prepare cost estimates for services provided.
- Respond to emergency calls and situations, Monday to Friday.
- Travel between various sites within the designated region.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in servicing gas boilers and gas-fired heating systems.
- Background in domestic or commercial maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and a quick learner.
- Flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
- Possession of a full, clean driving license.
- Availability for an immediate start.
