About the Medical Complex
Our client is one of Riyadh’s fastest growing healthcare providers with a multidisciplinary healthcare facility operating 24/7. Our client pride themselves in providing a comprehensive range of services including outpatient clinics, radiology, laboratory diagnostics, emergency care, home care services, and mobile clinics. The complex is staffed by over 150 professionals across medical, administrative, and operational roles, all committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Position Overview
The General Manager will provide strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for the Medical Complex. The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering sustainable growth, and optimizing overall performance across all departments. The General Manager will also serve as the key liaison with external stakeholders, including health authorities and insurance providers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all clinical, administrative, and operational functions of the complex.
Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and standards as mandated by local authorities.
Lead strategic planning initiatives and drive business development to achieve long-term growth.
Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and cost optimization.
Maintain strong relationships with healthcare regulators, insurers, and other partners.
Uphold and enhance the public reputation of the Medical Complex through effective leadership and service quality.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Medicine, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in healthcare facility management, with at least 3 years in an executive leadership role.
In-depth understanding of local healthcare regulations, licensing procedures, and compliance standards.
Demonstrated leadership ability with strong strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
