We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Manager to join our clients team.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, previous carpentry experience, and possess a UAE driving license.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site joinery and carpentry projects, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications and quality standards.
Manage and lead a team of carpenters and joiners effectively, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Oversee material sourcing, inventory management, and tool maintenance to ensure smooth project operations.
Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide progress updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience in carpentry and joinery work.
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a construction or joinery company.
Hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Accurate in taking measurements.
Precise in the installation of doors, accessories, and frames.
