Our client, a growing Facilities and Maintenance Services Contractor operating across multiple commercial sectors, is currently seeking a Maintenance Contract & Account Manager to oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services on key client accounts. This position, based in Dublin, offers the opportunity to take ownership of service performance and client relationship management on high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing maintenance services across designated client contracts
  • Coordinate planned and emergency works across HVAC, electrical, and general building systems
  • Act as primary liaison with clients for all contract-related queries and documentation
  • Work closely with procurement to source appropriate materials, equipment, and services
  • Track and report on performance indicators to ensure service levels and compliance targets are achieved
  • Lead client meetings and internal reviews to assess ongoing works and future requirements
  • Supervise field staff and technical teams to ensure quality service delivery
  • Ensure all operations are documented and maintained in accordance with quality assurance standards (ISO 9001:2015)
  • Support development and delivery of quotations, reports, and service contracts

 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing maintenance, FM, or building services role
  • Proven ability to coordinate service delivery and manage client expectations effectively
  • Solid understanding of maintenance operations, including Permit to Work systems
  • Strong IT proficiency, including MS Office and digital maintenance platforms
  • Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance cost control with quality service provision
  • Clean, full driving licence
