Position: Mechanical HVAC Project Engineer
Location: Limerick
Job description
As a Mechanical HVAC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our clients project development and implementation process. You will conduct technical assessments, prepare reports, coordinate with Stakeholders, and ensure project milestones are achieved while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting edge projects. Our clients current requirement allows for a full-time position in Limerick.
- Report to the Project Manager on project progress, risks and issues.
- Liaise with the suppliers/specialist contractor to ensure equipment is successfully commissioned.
- Ability to develop and review mechanical design with project team.
- Design reviews, validate equipment and systems.
- Complete technical submittals, equipment registers and trackers.
- Review Quality on site walking down systems to ensure compliance with project team.
Skills and Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Degree essential.
- HVAC Experience is advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of building services preferably.
- Excellent IT skills required.
- Experience in Revit would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team.
