Our clients are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of boilers and associated mechanical systems at their Dublin site. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in boiler maintenance, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and optimal working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various types of boilers.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with boilers and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols during all maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and generate reports with recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and external contractors to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance, with a focus on boiler systems.
- RGI registered with expertise in various boiler types and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in interpreting technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledgeable in safety protocols and regulations related to boiler and mechanical maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license.
