Our client is a premier builders' merchant in Ireland, offering a wide range of building materials, plumbing products, and DIY supplies. With a strong nationwide presence, they serve both professional tradespeople and DIY customers, providing top-tier products and expert service. They are now seeking a Plumbing & Heating Supervisor to be based in Cork.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the Heating and Plumbing Sales team.
- Ensure customer enquiries are processed and followed up efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage product sourcing and deliveries.
- Work closely with External Sales Representatives to ensure accurate order processing.
- Foster long-term customer loyalty through relationship building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of heating and plumbing products.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems is an advantage.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
