Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage the MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation) aspects of a food manufacturing construction project in Macroom.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily project operations, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Maintain Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards on-site.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage both large and small-scale projects.
- Conduct inspections, manage testing, and ensure commissioning of MEICA systems.
- Monitor project schedules, cashflow, and adjust plans to mitigate risks.
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring milestones are met.
- Handle customer interactions, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on project progress, commercial activity, and potential improvements.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in MEICA project management, ideally in water/wastewater sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations.
- Experience in designing, commissioning, and managing MEICA systems.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Minimum of a Level 8 Honours Degree in a relevant Engineering Qualification and full driver’s license required.
