Our client are currently seeking a Project Managers specialised in Fit-Out projects to join their project team in Dublin. My Client have a number of Data Centre & Office Fit-Out Projects in Dublin for which they now require support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to develop and update the master construction programme, ensuring key project milestones are achieved.
- Determine project staffing requirements and communicate effectively with your team.
- Manage project quality throughout its lifecycle, ensuring build quality meets expectations.
- Control project costs and tightly manage prelims and packages.
- Work with the commercial team to meet the agreed commercial objectives for your project.
- Maintain positive client relationships through concise project controls and reporting, keeping them informed of all operational and commercial risks, including delays and potential claims.
Key Skills:
- Third level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of construction experience, specifically in fit-out projects/interiors.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver complex projects.
- Strong numeracy and report-writing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.
- Understanding of commercial realities and ability to propose cost-effective solutions.
- Proficient with MS Office, project management software (or similar scheduling tools), and CDEs such as Procore or BIM 360.
