Senior Quantity Surveyor

As part of their expansion, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career within a BIM-enabled contractor while contributing to the successful delivery of high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the commercial lead on assigned projects, ensuring financial performance is closely monitored and reported.

Manage the production of monthly Value Cost Reconciliation and Forecasting reports.

Prepare and agree monthly project payment claims.

Oversee internal and external project cashflow management.

Manage Change Control, including identification, negotiation, and agreement of variations.

Assess and quantify the impact of delays and disruptions on projects.

Administer contract provisions, including issuing notifications as required.

Procure subcontractors and suppliers, including compiling and issuing subcontracts.

Commercially manage subcontractors and suppliers, including negotiation and agreement of final accounts.

Liaise with clients, client representatives, and design teams, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering (QS conversion MSc also considered).

Contractually and commercially astute with strong knowledge of RIAI, GCC, and bespoke contracts.

Proven experience delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-facing skills.

Proficiency with Cubit, CostX, and COINS (advantageous).

IT literate with strong reporting and administration skills.

Full, clean driver’s licence required.
