Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute: Clonmel, Co. Tipperary (required)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment life cycle for the business
  • Screening and shortlisting applications as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Proactively attracting and sourcing candidates directly via a range of methods to include but not limited to: websites, social media and internal systems
  • Scheduling of interviews with various hiring managers across the business
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for newly hired employees and proactive candidate management to ensure engagement throughout
  • Facilitate and assist on communication with recruitment agencies if necessary
  • Recruitment administration such as updating interview notes, following up with candidates
  • Be a positive ambassador for the organization with your interactions with potential future colleagues either directly or through recruitment events
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with HR legislation
  • Participate in ad hoc projects when required

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in high volume recruitment
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business or HR, or equivalent working towards a degree or professional qualification.
  • Recruitment agency or inhouse experience
  • Ability to multi-task and to manage time efficiently
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent administration and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment sourcing tools
  • An interest to grow your career in recruitment
  • FMCG, Retail, food and beverages industries experience is desirable
