Salary: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute: Clonmel, Co. Tipperary (required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment life cycle for the business
- Screening and shortlisting applications as the first point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Proactively attracting and sourcing candidates directly via a range of methods to include but not limited to: websites, social media and internal systems
- Scheduling of interviews with various hiring managers across the business
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Ensuring a smooth on-boarding process for newly hired employees and proactive candidate management to ensure engagement throughout
- Facilitate and assist on communication with recruitment agencies if necessary
- Recruitment administration such as updating interview notes, following up with candidates
- Be a positive ambassador for the organization with your interactions with potential future colleagues either directly or through recruitment events
- Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with HR legislation
- Participate in ad hoc projects when required
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in high volume recruitment
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business or HR, or equivalent working towards a degree or professional qualification.
- Recruitment agency or inhouse experience
- Ability to multi-task and to manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent administration and coordination skills
- Knowledge of recruitment sourcing tools
- An interest to grow your career in recruitment
- FMCG, Retail, food and beverages industries experience is desirable
