Our client is a leading construction firm based in Limerick, and trade across the Republic of Ireland.

Our client aims to hire the best candidates in the industry to join their growing and already well-established teams nationwide. Due to continued expansion, they now require a Senior Planner based in Dublin.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Compile and present weekly or biweekly project progress reports.
  • Develop detailed resource target schedules with critical paths.
  • Create resource schedules for key subcontractors.
  • Formulate schedules to support EOT and compensation claims.
  • Attend site meetings as necessary.
  • Provide update site meetings program and progress.
  • Assist in preparing Tender Schedules and support pre-construction methodologies for tender proposals.

 

General Responsibilities:

Tender Stage Tasks

Develop tender stage schedules, including critical paths and resource allocation.

 

Pre- Construction

Aid in pre-construction methodologies and tender proposals as needed.

 

Post Tender

Develop construction contract schedules, covering essential elements such as:

  • Design release
  • Procurement lead times
  • Inspection Plans
  • Utilities coordination
  • First of Kind / sample assessments.
  • Power & heat setup.
  • Testing and Commissioning
  • BCAR
  • Create detailed target schedules with critical paths and resource allocation, focusing on design releases.
  • Develop subcontractor package schedules for all major packages.

 

You Will Have:

  • A relevant 3rd level qualification.
  • Experience in report writing, planning, and engaging with clients and senior leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
