They are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team to work on projects in the West of Ireland. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and track project progress
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors
- Carry out safety checks and audits
- Maintain communication with site team members
- Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners
- Ensure work complies with building regulations and legal requirements
- Maintain quality standards at all times
Key Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager role
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Proven track record of meeting strict deadlines
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of building practices
- Experience with internal finishes and M&E desirable
- Background in managing large-scale projects is an advantage
