They now have an excellent opportunity for a Steel Yard & Warehouse Operative to join their busy facility in Naas, Co. Kildare.
This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided, with opportunities for further development and upskilling within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
- Receive deliveries, check goods against documentation, and flag discrepancies.
- Perform stock counts and maintain stock organization in assigned areas.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Engage proactively with colleagues, customers, and hauliers in a helpful, professional manner.
- Adhere to all company health and safety procedures.
- Support general warehouse operations and carry out additional duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Forklift licence preferred (multi-directional experience an advantage).
- Full driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a hands-on approach.
- Flexibility to work overtime if required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial but not essential.
