Job Title: Warehouse and Logistics Manager
Location: Limerick
Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities/Key accountabilities:
- The management of the warehouse and distribution functions to achieve business targets.
- To problem solve and liaise as necessary to ensure efficiency and smooth running of the distribution facility.
- Responsibility for the Logistics function and providing operational direction for all Employees
- Balance competing priorities of day-to-day service requirements with long-term business targets.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and adherence to legislative requirements.
- Support the delivery of >99% on time deliveries and ensure warehouse errors do not exceed 0.10%
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Ensure assets are properly maintained and serviced.
- Successful management of stock control through perpetual inventory cycle counting to >99.9% stock accuracy.
- Process stock disposals
- Deliver service targets to agreed budget values
- Motivate your team to achieve the highest levels of productivity.
- Deployment of a defined people strategy to drive positive employee engagement, strong front-line capability and a KPI / continuous improvement culture.
- To lead by example and be proactive and encourage others in the pursuit of continuous improvement projects and performance excellence.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Proven working experience as a logistics manager
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- CPC Holder
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Working Environment
This is a fully onsite position based at our Limerick facility.
