Elite Talent Hub LTD Recruitment specialises in permanent staffing solutions for clients nationwide. We are currently recruiting for Account Administrator based in the West of Limerick.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilities management which includes supplier management for operating expenses and invoice processing
- Vehicle and driver management, which includes training management, insurance compliance & regulatory compliance. CSO returns completion for transport.
- Vehicle compliance management: CVRTs are booked in when due and work directly with the branch managers for any servicing or repairs required.
- Health & Safety management. Ensure weekly audits are performed and reported across all branches as required.
- Office Management support with customer support, customer payments, till reconciliations and supplier payments
- General office administration for the financial controller, the branch managers and the directors of the company
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations
- Employee leave balances: Maintaining accurate leave balances and reviewing reports that are used to process payroll to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the payroll process. Regular reporting of leave balances
- Invoice processing and matching to assist with AP management.
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1-3 years
- Office Administration: 1-3 years
