Our client is a well-established Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) provider based in Ireland, offering specialised services on Airbus A320, A330, and Boeing 737 aircraft, as well as landing gear and auxiliary power unit (APU) maintenance. Recognised across Europe, the company is known for delivering dependable, high-quality engineering solutions.

Our client is seeking experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join their Base Maintenance team in Dublin. Reporting directly to the Check or Zone Leader, your role will involve a variety of tasks across Airbus and Boeing aircraft types.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out comprehensive maintenance and inspections on A320, A330, and B737 series aircraft in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct both general and detailed visual assessments.
  • Install and remove essential and non-essential aircraft components.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs and servicing.
  • Identify faults and troubleshoot systems under tight timeframes.
  • Execute lubrication tasks and ensure moving components are properly serviced.
  • Certify personal work and verify tasks performed by non-licensed colleagues.
  • Follow all instructions from senior maintenance personnel and meet delivery timelines.
  • Maintain strict quality standards to ensure aircraft safety at all times.
  • Use internal digital tools to record progress and job completion.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Ensure proper handling and documentation of aircraft parts and consumables.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Comply with all internal safety procedures, airport protocols, and aviation regulations.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Must hold an active EASA Part 66 B1 or B2 license with relevant type ratings.
  • At least five years’ hands-on experience on Airbus A320/A330 or Boeing 737 models.
  • Solid understanding of MRO software and systems.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capable of interpreting technical documentation and manuals.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrate flexibility, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Confident decision-maker with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially aware and quality-focused.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Must be eligible to live and work in Ireland without restriction and pass a full 5-year background check.
