Salary: AED 25,000 - 30,000 Monthly

 

Job overview

As Business Development Manager with our client, you will be crucial in driving growth in the Saudi Arabian and Middle East markets. Your role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding the client base. You will develop and execute strategies to enhance market reach and sales revenue. Additionally, you will establish and manage a team in Saudi Arabia and integrate new products and services into the portfolio.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities through market research.

  • Building and maintaining client and partner relationships.

  • Developing strategies to increase market share and revenue.

  • Leading negotiations and securing business agreements.

  • Identify areas for growth through monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

  • Expanding the product and service portfolio.

  • Reporting progress and Business Development activities to senior management.

 

Team Setup and Management:

  • Establishing and managing a new team in Saudi Arabia in line with company goals and culture.

  • Providing leadership and support to the Saudi Arabianteam to achieve targets.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborating with the sales team to align business development efforts with sales goals.

  • Managing budgets for business development activities and events.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Arabic proficiency is desirable.

  • Proven business development experience with successful outcomes.

  • Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern markets, particularly in construction and interior design.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and passion for industry trends.
