Known for delivering high-spec projects across life sciences, commercial offices, and pharma, they are currently delivering a majorCommercial Build in Dublin — and now expanding their delivery team.
As part of this growth, they are seeking a Site Manager to take the lead on the internal fit-out phase of a key commercial project in Dublin. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Site Manager who thrives in fast-paced, technically demanding environments, and wants to play a pivotal role in the successful execution of precision-led fit-outs.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site activities related to internal fit-out, managing both direct staff and subcontractors to ensure steady project progress.

Ensure delivery aligns with contract programme, proactively resolving delays or bottlenecks.

Assess and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure consistent output and minimal variation claims.

Deliver the project on time, within budget, and in full compliance with health & safety standards.

Chair and contribute to regular progress meetings with project stakeholders.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to streamline workflows.

Ensure all subcontractor work adheres to the same legal, quality, and safety standards as in-house teams.

Record and communicate site changes to engineering and commercial teams within set timeframes.

Proactively address scheduling risks and introduce corrective actions as needed.

Motivate and manage site personnel, driving high performance in line with company values.

Contribute to early milestone delivery where possible and promote operational excellence.

Lead daily site briefings and promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Deliver clear and compliant induction training to all new site personnel.

Collaborate with the SHEQ team to implement audit-ready standards and corrective improvements.

Maintain detailed, organized site records in line with project governance and inspection readiness.
Key Requirements

Degree in Construction Management or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Site Management role (fit-out experience essential).

Strong track record in delivering commercial projects to programme with excellent site leadership.

In-depth knowledge of Irish construction laws, H&S regulations, and industry best practice.

Proficient in interpreting drawings, managing schedules, and coordinating multidisciplinary site teams.

Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive mindset with the ability to lead independently and drive outcomes on site.
