Elite Talent Hub LTD is a specialist in permanent staffing solutions for clients nationwide.

Our client is a significant player in the  Aircraft Redelivery Management industry with in-house; EASA, FAA, and UKCAA Part 145 approval, EASA Part 21J design approval, EASA Part CAMO approval, and EASA Part 21G production approval. They are  positioned in the market as a provider of technical services to aircraft lessors during lease transitions and purchase of aircraft and provides technical services to airlines. The company has offices in Shannon, Dubai, & Singapore, as well as full-time employees based around Europe, in India, the Philippines and China.

 

The requirement

Due to expansion, there is now a requirement for a Europe Manager to be based in the Shannon office. This person would manage the Shannon office which provides EASA Part CAMO Services, Aircraft Redelivery Management, Borescope Inspections, Component Maintenance, and Parts Production. They would be responsible managing all the services that are offered in the Shannon office. There would be significant customer interaction and people management would be required. This role is largely office based with limited remote working opportunities.

 

Duties and Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to

  • Leading the company’s Shannon team for Part 145, Part CAMO, Part 21G, and Redelivery Management.
  • Expanding the business in terms of Aircraft Redelivery Services in Europe.
  • Addressing tooling breakages and working towards a solution to reduce same.
  • Coordinating inhouse technical experts on customer queries, and leading customer facing meeting to resolve queries.
  • Onsite for customer meetings and conferences when required by the sales team.
  • Work with sales team to set sales strategies in Europe.
  • Work with finance department to ensure timely invoicing.
  • Overseeing the scheduling of onsite work for all team members.
  • Performance appraisals for team members.
  • Involved in the hiring process for new staff members.
  • Some global travel required.

 

The ideal candidate would fit the following profile

  • Minimum 15 years working in aviation (large commercial aircraft)
  • Experience in aviation management.
  • Minimum Level 7 degree or Part 66 qualification in relevant field.
  • Allowed to live and work in Ireland.
  • Ability to lead a team and work on own initiative.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.

 

Package

  • Job Type:                                                                          Fulltime Employment.
  • Annual Salary:                                                                 80,000 - 100,000 EUR
  • Performance Bonus (Paid Quarterly):                        10% of Basic Salary Annually
