Our client, a growing financial services company have some fantastic opportunities for Financial Advisors to join a dynamic and progressive Financial Advisory firm headquartered out of Cork. Due to the growth of their business, there are a number of permanent roles. In these roles, you will be an integral part of the advisory team who provide individuals and companies with the highest level of service and advice across Protection, Retirement Planning and Investments.

The key duties of this role will include:
- Source & identify financial services needs with potential clients.
- Provide professional best advice and consultation with respect to client’s needs.
- Make recommendations and provide solutions to client’s requirements ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and standards.
- Provide on-going service and advice to clients.
- Build strong relationships.
- Work to agreed targets and standards.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
- Full (QFA) Qualified Financial Advisor.
- 3+ years experience working in a similar role.
- Previous experience working in a brokerage is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Passion for people and sales.
- Ability to self-generate leads and business development.
- Motivated, self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Ability to self-generate leads and business development.
- Very organised, with strong IT skills especially across the MS Office suite.
- High level of commercial awareness.
Location: Our clients offices are located approx. 15 minutes commute from Cork city and the preference is for someone who is living in the Cork region. They will also consider candidates who are within a 1 hour commute of Cork as there will be hybrid working on offer of 2-3 days office based with the remainder working from home.
