Internal Sales Representative Balbriggan

 

Our Client is seeking an Internal Sales Representative for the Balbriggan area, pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include promptly addressing customer needs to Company Standards for both new and existing clients. This role offers a valuable opportunity for professional growth, contributing significantly to our ongoing success.

 

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include efficiently handling and following up on customer inquiries, maintaining effective communications with suppliers for product sourcing and delivery, and supporting External Sales Representatives to ensure accurate order processing. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty and assisting with Trade Counter Sales during peak periods are also vital aspects.

 

Key Criteria:

  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service, ideally within Sales or Trade Counter roles.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team, under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT experience.
  • Knowledge of Building/timber materials preferred or willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience in an Internal Sales role desirable.
