Plant Hire Supervisor - Bray, Co. Wicklow


Primary Objective

As a Hire Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the hire operations at our clients branch in Bray. Your main responsibilities will include increasing hire product sales, cultivating new business opportunities, and maintaining service levels for existing customers, while ensuring the efficient management of daily activities.


Knowledge & Experience

  • Extensive experience in the Hire industry is preferred

  • Strong commercial and strategic insights

  • Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales goals

  • Experience in ensuring Health and Safety compliance

  • Experience in managing teams is desirable


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all department operations

  • Achieve sales and profit targets

  • Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety Regulations

  • Ensure safety of both staff and customers

  • Develop and enhance the department

  • Build and maintain customer relationships

  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring efficient and effective customer interactions

  • Ensure staff are properly trained to assist customers

  • Oversee all equipment and conduct regular stock audits

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Sam Hire's strategic and business plans in consultation with Senior Management

  • Manage and anticipate changes effectively

  • Maintain all aspects of the department

  • Protect company assets

  • Implement all company policies accordingly

Contract Type
