We are currently working with a well-established main contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager for a new Commercial project in Cahir, Co. Tipperary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of the project lifecycle
- Monitor and drive programme to ensure key milestones are achieved
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain clear communication with the client, design team, and internal stakeholders
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee site resources including labour, materials, and plant
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and issue regular progress reports to senior management and client
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and approvals
- Coordinate and manage BCAR documentation throughout the project
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager position
- Background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Good commercial awareness and cost control experience
- Confident communicator with client-facing experience
- Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and H&S standards
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, or Procore
