We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of residential and modular construction projects across Dublin. Working closely with a dynamic property development team and a network of contractors, consultants, and international suppliers, the successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of projects — from design and planning to procurement, construction, and handover. This is a key role with scope to make a significant impact on high-profile housing developments aligned with national housing goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of residential and modular construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

  • Oversee on-site operations and ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets.

  • Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, designers, suppliers, local authorities, and Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs).

  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management activities.

  • Track payments, manage procurement and material supply chains, and monitor execution of key contractual obligations.

  • Liaise with  manufacturing partners and internal international teams when required.

  • Ensure full compliance with Irish building regulations, planning permissions, and approval processes.

  • Communicate progress to stakeholders and resolve any issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within residential or construction sectors in Ireland.

  • Proven track record in high-density or high-rise apartment developments.

  • Strong understanding of Irish planning processes, building regulations, and statutory approvals.

  • Experience with social housing or modular construction projects is highly desirable.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-phase developments.
