They have grown rapidly over the past decade, recognised for consistent project delivery, architectural quality, and commitment to sustainability. This role sits within a major residential development, managing the full internal fit-out of multiple tower blocks from early stages through completion.

Strong leadership across internal/finishing works, managing subcontractors, trades, and site teams.

Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, quality control, and snag-free delivery.

Proven ability to drive Health & Safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment.

Confident in programme management—monitoring progress, planning short-term look-aheads, and coordinating resources.

Familiar with interpreting drawings, technical documentation, ITPs, and BCAR compliance.

Skilled in material ordering, tracking, and controlling plant usage to drive cost efficiency.

Strong communication skills for daily engagement with site personnel, subcontractors, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete internal fit-out of assigned residential blocks, ensuring project delivery on time, on budget, and to the required quality.

Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams; issue and manage snag lists to ensure timely completion.

Oversee site Health & Safety implementation; ensure safe systems of work, inspections, and adherence to statutory requirements.

Lead pre-construction activities: review documentation, secure site services, arrange temporary facilities, and assess ground/site investigations.

Ensure compliance with project procedures, contractual requirements, method statements, and inspection/testing plans.

Manage daily reporting, resource allocation, labour tracking, and subcontractor programme updates.

Coordinate surveying, setting-out, and dimensional checks before installation.

Order and track materials in line with programme requirements; minimise delays through proactive planning.

Produce and maintain fortnightly progress programmes; report updates to the Project Director.

Conduct ongoing quality inspections; ensure all subcontractor works are completed to specification and snag-free before Practical Completion.

Support BCAR compliance: schedule inspections, prepare documentation, and assist with O&M and handover files.

Manage project close-out: off-hire plant, return equipment, secure certificates/as-builts, and complete final inspections.

Attend site, safety, and coordination meetings; communicate progress and risks to senior management.
