Our client is a leading international regulatory consultancy with a strong presence across Europe, supporting companies in achieving and maintaining compliance with complex chemical regulations. They are now seeking a Senior Chemical Regulatory Consultant – EU to join their Dublin-based team.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global clients across a range of industries, providing expert guidance on REACH, CLP, BPR, and GHS regulations. It’s well-suited to a technically minded professional who enjoys client engagement, business development, and contributing to the growth of a high-performing regulatory affairs team.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years’ EU chemical regulatory experience with deep knowledge of REACH, CLP, BPR, GHS (TSCA/China REACH a plus).

• Strong client-facing communication: able to brief executives, simplify complex regs, and build trust quickly.

• Proven proposal/bid capability: insights decks, technical write-ups, and tailored compliance roadmaps.

• Commercial mindset with BD exposure: pipeline building, outreach, and account growth.

• Fluent English; additional EU languages (German/French/Spanish/Italian) highly valued.

• Analytical, detail-driven, and solutions-focused; quick to learn new sectors and guidance updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary regulatory advisor for clients, translating EU requirements into clear, actionable plans.

• Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and regulatory insights tailored to client industries.

• Own client relationships end-to-end: onboarding, Q&A support, issue resolution, and retention.

• Drive new business: identify targets, initiate conversations, and present regulatory solutions.

• Represent the practice at webinars, seminars, conferences, and client meetings to elevate market presence.
