Due to our Clients continued growth, there is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior People and Culture Manager.

This role will involve all facets of HR, support, recruitment, training, employee relations and much more. Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Salary: 65,000.00 per year

Location: Clonmel, Co. Tipperary

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by placing job advertisements, reviewing CVs, liaising with recruitment agencies and job boards, and managing interviews schedules for management.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with HR legislation.
  • Collaborate with management to drive a positive employee relations strategy, providing guidance on legal practices and appropriate counselling methods.
  • Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures, ensuring adherence to workplace legislation and consistency with company policies.
  • Serve as a balanced advocate for team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Review and update existing HR policies and procedures and develop new ones to support company governance.
  • Ensure timely issuance of job offers and distribution of Contracts of Employment.
  • Perform general HR administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
