The Site Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the site management team. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage documentation and communications in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain site documentation, including project files, drawings, and correspondence.

Prepare, format, and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation.

Assist with site induction processes, maintaining training and certification records for all site staff and subcontractors.

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication flow.

Support the project team in coordinating deliveries, scheduling inspections, and tracking progress.

Maintain accurate records for health and safety compliance.

Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and responding to queries.

Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and delivery dockets in line with company procedures.
Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role within the construction industry.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with document control systems and construction terminology.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
