Elite Talent Hub LTD is a specialist in permanent staffing solutions for clients nationwide.

Our client is the longest established roof truss company in Ireland. Over the last 40 years they have built up a substantial knowledge in both the design and manufacture of roof trusses. During this time they have focused on both quality and service.

We are now seeking applications for the position of a Sales Representative for their Roof Trusses Business. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include the following:

  • The proactive development of new business pipelines with key existing customers and potential new Roof Truss customers.
  • Servicing existing customers and new customers for their Roof Truss requirements
  • Develop strong working relationships with customers to maximise sales opportunities.
  • The management of key customers contracts and information in an organised and efficient manner.
  • Carrying out site visits which would include measuring and documenting.
  • Quickly responding to and resolving any customer queries raised, ensuring that the companys excellent customer service levels are maintained.
  • Communicating daily with the Design & Production team.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with the Branch Managers nationwide.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports to the National Sales Manager covering the sales activity in the region.
  • Full training provided


The following mix of experience and attributes will be required by the successful candidate:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales role.
  • Technical mindset, a background in carpentry or roofing a distinct advantage
  • Excellent opportunity for those interested in developing a sales career.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
