Position: Data Centre Maintenance Technician

Location: Clonee, Co. Meath

Job description

• Carrying out complex maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
• Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems including:
• • State Point Liquid Cooling Units
  • Fan Coil Wall Units
  • Air Handling Unit’s
  • Makeup Air Units
  • Air Conditioning Units
  • Pumps & Motors
  • Building Automation Systems
  • Completing all engineering records on multiple computer-based maintenance systems

Skills and Requirements

• Multi skilled tradesman with a mechanical or electrical background
• Minimum 5 years post apprenticeship experience in service and repair in all aspects of HVAC plant.
• Experience of critical HVAC plant, Equipment and systems such as Building Management and Controls systems
• An ability to solve problems through root-cause analysis in a complex, sensitive environment.
• A positive outlook, eager to learn, and a desire to progress their career.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• The ability to start and develop excellent relationships with clients
