Event Marketing Operations Manager
Location: Remote (UK or Germany)

We are seeking an experienced Event Marketing Operations Manager to join a global, NASDAQ listed, organisation operating within the semiconductor space. This role focuses on delivering operational excellence across a large-scale events function covering EMEA and North America.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing budgets, improving processes, and ensuring successful delivery of events at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage event budgets, including invoicing, purchase orders, and financial reporting
- Oversee supplier onboarding, contract negotiation, and vendor relationships
- Implement and improve operational processes for event delivery
- Support internal marketing and event platforms
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments
- Ensure timelines and project deliverables are met
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in event operations or marketing operations
- Strong experience with budgeting, procurement, and contract management
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Rainfocus, Swoogo)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a technology company
- Experience managing global or regional event programmes
- Vendor and supplier management experience
Very competitive salary depending on experience. 12-month initial contract.
