This is a key HR role supporting a number of prestigious project initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and processing of their outsourced monthly payroll, will provide all HR Information Systems support and will have a 360° touch point coordinating all HR activities in conjunction with the wider team.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

HRIS Systems & Projects:

  • Implementing, maintaining and continuous improvement of HRIS Workday, and other internal HRIS systems.
  • Providing accurate HRIS dashboard reporting to managers in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Inputting and maintain HR data in line with legislation and company policies, ensuring it is correct and up to date.
  • Supporting the integrating of our new HR systems and work with IS to integrate with new and existing systems.
  • Coordinate, maintain and implement HRIS reporting (e.g., payroll, recruitment, visa process & others as required).
  • Establishing data quality, data integrity and monitoring procedures as well as a feedback loop to ensure data accuracy.
  • Supporting local and European projects as required, including implementation of new technology support.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Support, coordinate & supervise external payroll provider, including processing of data and execution of all payroll reporting for both salaried and hourly paid staff.
  • Continuously review existing procedures to avoid payroll discrepancies while implementing a process of continuous improvement in the function.

 

Mobility:

  • Support the HR Manager in tracking executing and managing the company work permit requirements. Undertaking the role of gatekeeper for all work permit related data.
  • Provide continuous follow-up and execution of all work permit documentation including the delivery of weekly KPI reporting.

 

Recruitment:

  • Supporting the full life cycle of employees: recruitment, on-boarding, employee data transfer, payroll, off-boarding or letters, remuneration and benefits.
  • Supporting all recruitment initiatives, managing agency and university relationships.
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for HR inquiries, providing knowledge and support, especially in relation to HR IT systems and the ability to identify system problems and perform root cause analysis needed to solve technical support.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or related discipline with CIPD qualification.
  • Strong understanding and detailed knowledge of HRIS with prior experience with Workday desirable.
  • 3+ years experience in a HR Business Partner role.
  • Knowledge in MS Office package with a proficiency in excel.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, both within HR and the wider business, managing expectations and needs appropriately.
  • Highly organized and efficient with excellent project management skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong numeric ability and analysis skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Most important a positive Team player.

Location: This role is based in London and would be suited to someone located within 1 hours commute of our clients offices.
