Job Description

  • The position will be a client facing role with the primary goal of developing our clients engineering services maintenance department.
  • You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting edge projects.
  • Proven record delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
  • Experience of managing combined Mechanical projects a distinct advantage.
  • Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L.
  • Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team


Skills and Requirements

  • Relevant third level qualification desirable (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or similar) but not essential.
  • Trade background for this role would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of mechanical maintenance requirements in the building services environment essential
  • 3 to 5 Years leadership experience or substantial engineering support or project management experience in a team-based environment is required.
  • Experience in HVAC maintenance although not essential would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and presentation skills essential.
  • Individual must possess strong leadership skills, proven ability to coach and mentor individuals in technical skills and people development areas. The individual should enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven team-based environment with flexibility essential.
  • Excellent IT Skills essential
  • Leadership, project management and engineering experience essential
