We are actively recruiting Plant Fitters for our clients Quarry facility based in Ardnacrusha, Co Clare, close to Limerick City. Our clients are one of the largest aggregates, sand and readymix concrete suppliers in the Mid-West region.
The successful candidate would be experienced in the operation and maintenance of Quarry Equipment such as:
Stone crushers
Screeners
Washing plants for sand
Concrete batching plants
Ready mix concrete trucks
Tipper trucks
Excavators
Wheel loaders
Dump trucks
Skills that candidates would require include:
Welding (stick and MIG)
Gas cutting
General engineering work within a quarry
The role on a day-to-day basis would consist of
Day to day maintenance of conveyor belts, screeners, and stone crushers, batching plants and ready-mix concrete mixer drums. Maintenance would require skills in fabrication and welding on site.
