Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual delivery of electrical projects across Munster. This is a key senior role with responsibility for managing the full contract lifecycle, mitigating risk, and supporting project teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual, commercial, and legal requirements. The position offers strong scope for long-term progression within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Manage, review, negotiate, and administer contracts from award through to final account

Oversee change management, claims, variations, and subcontractor agreements

Identify and mitigate contractual, financial, and legal risks across projects

Support project teams with contractual interpretation, commercial guidance, and dispute resolution

Monitor financial performance against contract terms, including payments, retention, and cash flow

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance and smooth project delivery

Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or similar

Minimum 5 years’ experience in contracts or commercial management within electrical or construction sectors

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, risk management, and commercial principles

Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills
